Abstract

В статье рассматривается влияние современных технологий на сферу туризма и сервиса, а также негативная и позитивная оценка отечественных и иностранных специалистов к новым тенденциям. Рассматривается, как использование новшеств и ускорения обработки информации увеличивает объем услуг, оказываемых на туристском рынке. А разработка и внедрение новых интернет-технологий приводит к увеличению онлайн-бронирования туристических услуг.
