Abstract

В монографии рассматривается взаимодействие законодательных (представительных) органов государственной власти субъектов Российской Федерации и представительных органов муниципальных образований в сфере регионального законотворчества. Рассчитана на ученых-юристов, преподавателей, аспирантов, студентов, курсантов, практиков, в том числе на занимающихся подготовкой, переподготовкой и повышением квалификации кадров для органов внутренних дел Российской Федерации и иностранных государств, а также на всех интересующихся актуальными вопросами правовой теории регионального законотворчества.
