Abstract

Предметом изучения юридической науки является такое важное для жизни общества социальное явление, как право в качестве регулятора отношений между людьми и их коллективами, взаимоотношений государства и личности. Юридическая наука, как и все другие науки, имеет ряд проблем. В статье рассмотрены проблемы юриспруденции и пути их решения.
