Abstract

Management is a professional type of management activity in the field of economics. Management is the coordinator of the functioning of the enterprise, the fundamental mechanism of efficiency and effectiveness of activities, but, of course, in the conditions of innovative development of society and the economy in management, there are a number of problems that managers face in the implementation of their professional activities. This article discusses the problems of management in Russia, describes the essence of this type of activity.
