Abstract

В статье проведен теоретический анализ понятий «тревожность» и «тревога», рассматриваются виды тревожности и причины её возникновения. Целью работы является исследование тревожности как главного триггера современного общества. Авторами предложены рекомендации по профилактике и коррекции тревожности у людей разного возраста.
