Abstract

В статье актуализируется и раскрывается вопрос о соотношении права и морали как важнейших социальных регуляторов поведения людей, влияющих на их сознание и поступки и в определённой мере конструирующих их. Определяется соотнесённая связь между моралью и правом (их нормами), выражающими меру возможного и должного, свободы и справедливости в поведении субъектов; обосновывается их единство и различие.
