Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные и животрепещущие вопросы сбора, обработки, переработки и утилизации мусора в различные исторические периоды существования Санкт-Петербурга. Особое внимание уделяется современному этапу и процессам, протекающим на фоне реализации «Мусорной реформы» и ввода на рынок нового оператора «НЭО».
