Abstract

В данной работе описаны современные тенденции и перспективы развития регионального рынка услуг жилищно-коммунального хозяйства. Анализируется состояние жилищно-коммунального хозяйства, выявляются институциональные, финансово-экономические, технологические и социальные угрозы, рассчитывается интегральный показатель оценки социально-экономической безопасности жилищно-коммунального хозяйства региона, проводится обзор и оценка состояния конкурентной среды на рынке услуг по управлению многоквартирными домами в сфере ЖКХ города. Монография будет полезна для специалистов и руководителей организаций сферы ЖКХ, научных работников, преподавателей, обучающихся направления 38.03.10, 38.04.10 «Жилищное хозяйство и коммунальная инфраструктура».
