Abstract

В статье рассмотрен вопрос о том, на какие конкретно конкурентные преимущества необходимо России обратить особое внимание, чтобы стать лидером и в ИКТ и не упустить стратегического партнерства с ведущими игроками хай-тека и IT-сектора.
