Abstract

The ICT competence of a teacher is one of the key elements of the psychological security of the educational environment due to his authority in the eyes of students. Informatization of education carries both positive and negative effects, with which every modern teacher should be well acquainted. He must also have the ability to transform negative effects into positive ones or protect the student from them
