Abstract

In this work devoted to philosophical issues of the history of science, some of the most important functions of philosophy are revealed, their connection with the principles of cognition based on the history of university affairs in Russia is shown, the directions of activity for the creation of a Comprehensive red book of nature and the noosphere as tasks of the near future in the conditions of the noospheric transformative planetary process are revealed.
