Abstract

В статье автор описывает проблемы, возникшие перед ВПК, ИКТ-отраслью и международной космической кооперацией с началом СВО России на Украине. Также приводятся существующие прогнозы коррекции возникших угроз и их хеджирование через систему государственных мер поддержки бизнеса и политику параллельного импортозамещения с позиций перевода экономики страны в мобилизационную плоскость.
