Abstract

Вопросы государственно-частного партнерства в уголовно-исполнительной системе на протяжении длительного периода находятся в центре внимания организационных, экономических и правовых исследований. В статье рассмотрены проблемы реализации государственно-частного партнерства в современных экономических условиях. В частности, отмечаются недостатки в хозяйственной деятельности исправительных учреждений и коррупционные риски применения института частных тюрем, что влияет на дальнейшее развитие пенитенциарной системы.
