Abstract

Опираясь на современные политические теории само-категоризации и заинтересованных сторон, статья фокусирует внимание на предпосылках обслуживающего лидерства в органах власти. Теоретически обслуживающее лидерство проявляется как инклюзивный подход, который способствует вовлечению заинтересованных сторон и процветанию сообщества в органах власти. С практической точки зрения результаты предлагают инструменты для потенциального отбора, обучения, планирования преемственности и развития обсуживающего лидерства в органах власти. В статье приводится поддержка модели неогосударственного управления, сфокусированного на целерациональных механизмах, максимизирующих власть и влияние. Неогосударственный подход с пользой для дела сосредотачивает анализ на хитром измерении руководства и поэтому является полезной основой знаний для ученых, практиков и более широкой аудитории.
