Abstract

В статье представлены и описаны основные инструменты бережливого производства, а именно стандартизация работы, организация рабочего пространства, картирования потока создания ценности, визуализации, быстрой переналадки, обслуживание оборудования, защита от возникающих ошибок, встроенное качество, U-образные ячейки и Кайдзен. Рассмотрим более подробно каждый из представленных инструментов бережливого производства.
