Abstract

В статье рассмотрено осуществление финансирования и материально-технического обеспечения народного комиссариата внутренних дел. Автором приведены данные о плодотворности работы и социальном аспекте жизни сотрудников. Рассмотрена реорганизация экономического вопроса в работе защитников правопорядка за указанный период на территории Ульяновского края. Материалом для статьи послужили архивные и историко-научные источники.
