Abstract

This article highlights the problem of the lack of scientific papers studying the development of adults with mental retardation on the example of the study of social and everyday ideas. It can be seen from the results of experimental work that the development of social and everyday ideas in adults with mental retardation is better developed than in younger schoolchildren with the same diagnosis and, according to the results of correctional and developmental work, can be developed.
