Abstract

В статье рассмотрены определения стратегии управления персонала. По мнению автора, правильно подобранный персонал и качественное управление им оказывают положительное влияние на процесс организации управления персоналом, что в конечном итоге ведет к повышению экономических показателей эффективности предприятия.
