Abstract

In modern economic conditions, the path to high productivity of each enterprise lies through effective personnel management. Knowing and understanding what is a motive for a person, what encourages him to work, you can develop an effective system of personnel motivation for your enterprise. A modern manager must understand that, in addition to jobs, additional conditions must be created at the enterprise to motivate and maintain the activity of employees, their interest in the work performed.
