Abstract

В статье анализируются актуальные тенденции развития уголовно-правовой политики России в четырех аспектах: гуманизация уголовно-правовой политики; оптимизация уголовно-процессуальной деятельности; развитие института следственного судьи; реализация принципа объективной истины. Авторы исследуют сущность и значение каждого из этих аспектов, а также определяет проблемы и перспективы их реализации. Статья основана на анализе нормативных актов, научной литературы и практики применения уголовного права. Работа может быть полезна для специалистов в области уголовного права и процесса, а также для всех заинтересованных в развитии уголовно-правовой политики России.
