Abstract

В статье изучаются амнистия и помилование как способы освобождения от уголовной ответственности и наказания в российском уголовном праве. Авторы исследуют конституционные принципы, критерии, процедуры и результаты амнистии и помилования с точки зрения юридических, социальных и политических последствий для освобождаемых лиц, общества и государства, а также предлагают пути улучшения законодательства и практики амнистии и помилования в России в соответствии с международными нормами и национальными целями.
