Abstract

Наставничество – важнейший компонент профессии учителя. Оно играет решающую роль в росте и развитии новых специалистов. Отношения между наставником и подопечным – это динамичный процесс, включающий в себя передачу знаний, навыков и опыта от опытного педагога к начинающему. В статье рассматривается роль наставничества в преподавательской деятельности и его влияние на развитие учителя, а также на результаты обучения учеников.
