Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию подходов к определению эффективности системы принятия управленческих решений. Цель научной статьи заключается в авторском представлении методики оценки качества системы принятия решений, разработанной для хозяйствующего субъекта. В исследовании используются как теоретические (многофакторный анализ, дедукция, логика), так и эмпирические (опрос и наблюдение) методы обработки данных. В качестве результатов предложена методика оценки эффективности системы принятия решений, которая была использована на примере организации (филиал «Гуковские МЭС» ОАО «Донэнерго»).
