Abstract

This article describes the reception and placement of evacuated forces, population and production, of our Motherland during the Great Patriotic War in the Penza region. It tells how the residents of Penza received forced migrants, provided them with housing and jobs. Plants and factories that arrived from the western regions of the country were located in new places and were engaged in the production of products necessary for the Victory.
