Abstract

Принципы деятельности адвокатуры подразумевают собой основные начала, на которых базируется вся адвокатская деятельность. Все принципы играют важную роль в адвокатуре и поэтому необходимо подробно изучить каждый принцип, рассмотреть проблемы, выявленные в процессе разбора данной темы.
