Abstract

В статье раскрываются понятие и сущность коучинга, а также рассматривается использование коучинга в учебном процессе с целью усиления эффективности последнего. Обосновано мнение, что коучинг способствует раскрытию потенциала, развитию у обучающихся проактивности, автономности мышления, самостоятельности, что в целом отвечает современному взгляду на образование как непрерывный процесс со-учения, в котором и обучаемый, и обучающий изменяются, превращаясь в критически-рефлексивно ориентированных исследователей.
