Abstract

В статье анализируются сложности и перспективы развития evidence-based коучинга в России. Приводится определение и критерии evidence-based практики. Анализируются зарубежные и российские исследования в рамках Психологии коучинга (Coaching Psychology) – отрасли академической и практической психологии, изучающей психологические механизмы эффективности коучинга как помогающей практики. Выделены барьеры, препятствующие развитию evidence-based подхода в России и в мире. Приводится модель реализации evidence-based коучинга для организаций на основе формирующего эксперимента, подчеркивается роль диагностического этапа и необходимости разработки валидных инструментов оценки эффективности коучинга. Делается вывод о необходимости развития evidence-based коучинга для становления коучинга как легитимной профессиональной деятельности в России.
