Abstract

В статье рассмотрено понятие разговорного интеллекта, вызовы, которые сегодня стоят перед коучами, дан ответ на вопрос, как с разговорным интеллектом можно улучшать практику коучинга, проблемы, которые мешают разговору в коучинге.
