Abstract

В статье рассматривается роль конституционного права в формировании современных правовых систем. Описываются исторические корни конституционного права, его основные функции и влияние на национальные правовые системы. Особое внимание уделено защите прав и свобод граждан, разделению властей и процедурам изменения конституций. Анализируется взаимодействие конституционного и международного права и его влияние на гармонизацию правовых систем на глобальном уровне.
