Abstract

В статье рассматривается влияние стресса на психологическую безопасность школьника. Даются определения понятиям «стресс» и «психологическая безопасность». Описываются аспекты проявления стресса в образовательной среде (учебная нагрузка, предстоящие экзамены, взаимодействие с учителем и другие) и их последствия для психологической безопасности обучающегося. В работе представлены стратегии по снижению уровня стресса и укреплению психологической безопасности школьника.
