Abstract

Главная необходимость статьи заключается в том, что новая постиндустриальная эпоха не только принесла человечеству научно-технический прогресс, но и увеличила число опасностей. В настоящее время учеными создается теория безопасности и риска, внедряются в практику современные технологии в области защиты и предупреждения ЧС.
