Abstract

Статья посвящена самому актуальному банковскому инструменту – ипотечному кредитованию. В работе рассмотрены современные проблемы ипотеки, а также перспективы развития. Наиболее важным аспектом будет являться ипотечная программа «Сельская ипотека».
