Abstract

Статья является методическим пособием, которое помогает учащимся определить и сравнить количественно витамин C (аскорбиновую кислоту), находящийся в фруктовых соках. Работа может быть применима и школьной программе, представлен ход работы и опыты. Обозначается роль витамина C в организме человека.
