Abstract

The article is a theoretical review of the influence of personal qualities on management decisions and can serve as a basis for further empirical research in this area. The paper analyzes the key personal characteristics that affect the quality and effectiveness of management decisions, and also examines the mechanisms of interaction between personal qualities and the effectiveness of management activities.
