Abstract

Статья посвящена раскрытию вопроса наставничества студентов в рамках высшего учебного заведения. Особое внимание уделено профессиональному становлению будущих специалистов на завершающем этапе обучения в вузе. Наставники предприятий в силах помочь новому молодому сотруднику преодолеть те трудности, с которыми он столкнется в условиях адаптации к трудовой деятельности. Опытные кураторы раскрывают потенциал своих подопечных, укрепляя их теоретические знания на практике.
