Abstract

Виртуальная аддикция (интернет-зависимость) представляет собой одну из актуальных проблем современного общества, оказывая значительное влияние на когнитивное, эмоциональное и личностное развитие старших школьников. В статье рассматриваются психологические механизмы формирования виртуальной аддикции, её последствия для подростков, а также теоретические подходы и практические методы профилактики данного феномена.
