Abstract

Статья посвящена изучению экономической категории «человеческий капитал» как объекта для инвестирования. Инвестиции в развитие человеческого капитала являются индикатором экономического роста и развития на макро- и микроуровнях. Для таких инвестиций характерен долгосрочный характер и максимальная отдача. Сделан вывод о том, что человеческий капитал является результатом инвестиций в развитие человеческих качеств и способностей.
