Abstract

В статье рассматриваются такие новые подходы к менеджменту и к формированию корпоративной культуры, с целью повышения эффективности, как коучинг и наставничество. По мнению автора, новые подходы к менеджменту, формированию корпоративной культуры, решению новых задач требуют нестандартных путей решения и применения новых социальных технологий.
