Abstract

В статье рассматриваются ключевые проблемы непрерывного образования в условиях динамично изменяющегося мира. Анализируются такие барьеры, как недостаточная мотивация взрослых обучающихся, финансовые ограничения, несоответствие образовательных программ актуальным запросам рынка труда, а также психологические и возрастные факторы, затрудняющие процесс обучения. Особое внимание уделяется институциональным и технологическим вызовам, включая цифровое неравенство и негибкость традиционных образовательных систем.
