Abstract

В исследовании рассмотрены отдельные правовые гарантии, устанавливаемые гражданским, трудовым и иными отраслями российского права. Рассматриваются некоторые особенности заключения трудового договора со спортсменами, условий их профессиональной деятельности, а также предоставляемых социальных гарантий.
