Abstract

This article discusses the main aspects of the possibility of applying additional educational programs in the system of training and developing team building skills for employees of modern organizations. The importance of internal corporate training in the system of developing team building skills and the functioning of effective teams is shown, and the main applied advantages of this approach are highlighted.
