Abstract

В статье рассматриваются ключевые аспекты внедрения цифрового рубля в финансовую систему России. Анализируются преимущества и риски, связанные с использованием централизованной цифровой валюты (CBDC), а также ее влияние на банковский сектор и платежную инфраструктуру. Особое внимание уделено правовым и технологическим аспектам реализации проекта.
