Abstract

В статье рассматриваются результаты исследования влияния стиля управления образовательной организацией на успешность профессиональной деятельности учителей. Подтверждается идея В.А. Сухомлинского о необходимости ответственного участия коллектива в управлении школой. Выявлено, что демократический стиль управления, в отличие от либерального, приводит к более эффективным результатам в плане управления образовательной организацией.
