Abstract

В статье представлены результаты исследования мотиваций профессионального выбора абитуриентов и студентов 1-х курсов, поступивших в Иркутский филиал МГТУ ГА в 2018 году. На основании причин выбора вуза первокурсниками, выделены критерии привлекательности высших учебных заведений для абитуриентов, что позволило скорректировать созданный имидж Иркутского филиала МГТУ ГА среди обучающихся, представить образовательную организацию в выгодном ракурсе среди иных высших учебных заведений.
