Abstract

В статье рассматривается предупреждение преступности как юридически значимая деятельность, которая подразделяется на общее и специальное предупреждение преступности. Обосновано, что общее предупреждение преступности основано на комплексном процессе создания достойных условий для ведения каждым человеком своей жизнедеятельности. Приведены способы пресечения преступности.
