Abstract

В статье рассматривается опыт разработки и применения нового инструмента оценки профессиональной деятельности преподавателей регионального института повышения квалификации педагогических работников. Автор определяет цель, главные задачи и основные принципы применения балльно-рейтинговой системы, представляет методику подсчета среднего балла личного рейтинга конкретного педагогического работника, выделяет основные критерии и рейтинговые показатели системы оценки.
