Abstract

В статье определены роль и значение информационно-коммуникационных технологий, их воздействие на окружающий мир с положительной и отрицательной сторон. Можно определить информационную технологию как «любую технологию, с помощью которой мы получаем информацию, она называется информационной технологией». Часто термин применяется к компьютерам и компьютерным системам.
