Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу тренинговых технологий и их реализации в образовательном процессе. Рассмотрение новых форм работы осуществляется на примере учебного курса «Развитие лидерского потенциала руководителя», предназначенного для студентов высших учебных заведений, обучающихся по специальности «Политология». Среди успешно зарекомендовавших себя форм и методов работы следует выделить групповую дискуссию, работу в малых группах, мозговой штурм, метод анализа ситуаций.
