Abstract

The features of the real estate market are noted, as well as the stages of its analysis, the last of which is forecasting. The subject of forecasting in the real estate market is described. The article makes a chronological analysis of the used approaches to forecasting in Russian practice in conditions of economic transformation and new risks in real estate market at the turn of the 20th – 21st centuries. The main problems of forecasting the real estate market in Russia are formulated, as well as ways to solve them.
