Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of gifted and talented pupils in educational activities and the possibilities of their supporting. Levels and types of motivation for the educational activities of gifted pupils are described. The strategies of psychological and pedagogical support of gifted students depending on the level of their motivation are proposed.
